01 Current measures
Designed to support a clearer path.
The site uses responsive layouts and native browser controls wherever practical so visitors can reach core information and contact routes in more than one way.
Features currently available
Skip links, semantic landmarks, and labeled navigation.
Keyboard-reachable menus, links, form controls, and video-motion controls.
Visible focus treatment for interactive contact controls.
Reduced-motion behavior for the regional video experience.
Text alternatives and descriptive context for key visual media.
What we are continuing to review
Counterpoint Legal continues to review text size, color contrast, keyboard use, form behavior, and responsive reflow. The firm also intends to review the final public site with additional manual accessibility testing before a production-domain launch.
Need help using the site?
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another accessible format, email the firm with the page you were using and a brief description of the issue. Please do not include confidential legal or personal information in an initial message.
The contact page also lists public office telephone numbers and a visitor-controlled email handoff. Calling or emailing does not create an attorney-client relationship.
